The name is Martin Wilson. I am a tireless seeker of knowledge, occasional purveyor of wisdom and also coincidentally a food photographer.

I have years’ worth of experience, photographing chefs, restaurants, pubs and book profiles, bringing the food and the key people behind the food to life.

Food for Thought captures not just the food, but the story behind the food. The chefs that prepare it, the staff that work effortlessly creating it, ready for me to capture the moment when it all comes together.
